Job Description
The System Administrator is responsible for providing support for all infrastructure, software, phone, and disaster recovery
This is a full-time position. Hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Provide support for datacenter and network infrastructure (Aruba, Cisco, Sophos firewall, Nimble Storage)
Maintain Office365 environment
Maintain and provide on-going improvements to cybersecurity position and technology
Provide support for VOIP and call center (ZoomPhone, Nice inContact)
Maintain, update, and provide support for VMware and supporting hardware
Provide helpdesk support
Provide Support for Windows and Linux environments
Follow up on Cybersecurity issues as required
Requirements
3-5 years hands-on System administrator experience
Solid understanding with Windows OS Environment (server, windows 10) and Linux (Cent OS or Red Hat preferred)
Solid understanding of network principles (LAN, WAN, BGP, etc) and best practices. Strong Experience with Cisco or Aruba Switches, Sophos Firewall a plus
Experience with VOIP and Call Center Software (Nice inContact preferred)
Solid understanding of Office365 and Active Directory
Excellent knowledge of Vmware
Excellent knowledge of a traditional datacenter configuration (compute, memory, storage) including power needs, cable management and disaster recovery
Good understanding of Disaster Recovery principles
Working knowledge of file transfer protocols
Strong Knowledge with Active Directory including DHCP, DNS and group policy
