Looking forward to a new year

We are on the verge of a new year, and with that comes the beginning of a new benefit accumulation for many—but not all—plans. Some EMI Health plans accumulate on a contract year basis, rather than calendar year. Near the top of the benefit summary, you will find the plan's effective date and whether the benefit year is a Contract Year or a Calendar Year. You may check accumulations by logging into your My EMI Health account or by contacting the provider assist team at providerassist@emihealth.com or 800-644-5411.

In addition, watch your mail for the 2021 Fee Schedules. They will be sent out during the second week of December. If you don't receive yours by the end of the month, please let your provider relations representative know.
