What to Know about Provider Enrollment

 

If you are a new provider with EMI Health, please be aware that provider enrollment can take 3-4 months. In addition, the processing time for TIN or location updates is 1-2 months. 

 

To expedite the process, ensure that all forms are completed and all supporting documents are included. Incomplete forms or missing supporting documents may result in processing delays. We will contact you if additional information is needed.

 

The effective date of participation is determined after verification of credentials and upon acceptance and signature by EMI Health. Once completed, a welcome letter will be sent to you confirming the effective date.

Provider Portal Reminder

To help prevent portal lockouts, please remember to log out at the end of each session. Providers checking eligibility and benefits may also use the Member Lookup tool, which does not require a portal login.
