Join us at the UDA Convention
The Utah Dental Association Convention is back in person for 2022, and we can't wait to see you there! We'll be at Booth 416, so be sure to stop by.
The convention will be held March 31 and April 1 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. If you haven't yet registered, you can do so at https://www.uda.org/meetings-events/uda-annual-convention.
Important reminders
- We have a new mailing address for paper claims: PO Box 21482, Eagan, MN 55121. Of course, claims that do not include attachments must be submitted electronically. EMI Health's standard payer ID is SX110. Your clearinghouse may assign a custom payer ID.
- We are committed to providing our members with accurate network information and processing claims as quickly as possible. To help in that effort, please notify EMI Health as soon as possible of upcoming address or phone number changes, TIN additions or changes, or changes in your availability to accept new patients.
