Welcoming New Provider Relations Representatives!

We are thrilled to welcome Nicole and Sanga to the EMI team! Here are short bios about our two new representatives:

Nicole Dille

Hello! I am Nicole Dille, EMI’s new Provider Relations Representative for Dental in the North Region. This includes: Counties: Box Elder, Cache, Carbon, Daggett, Davis, Duchesne, Emery, Morgan, Rich, Summit, Tooele, Uintah, Wasatch, Weber Cities in Salt Lake County: Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, Magna, Midvale, Millcreek, Murray, Salt Lake City, South Salt Lake, Taylorsville, West Valley City.

I am so excited to contact all my providers and get to know you. Just to introduce myself, I love being outdoors and playing soccer, but watching movies and being warm and cuddly with my 10-month puppy is what brings me joy in life. Fruit Roll-Ups and Wild Berry Skittles are my go-to comfort candies.  I look forward to getting to know all of you as well. Sanga Mohmand

Hello! My name is Sanga Mohmand and I will be the new provider relations representative for the southern region for medical providers. The region includes Cities in Salt Lake County: Bluffdale, Cottonwood Heights, Draper, Herriman, Midvale, Millcreek, Riverton, Sandy, South Jordan, West Jordan; and Counties: Beaver, Garfield, Grand, Iron, Juab, Kane, Millard, Paiute, San Juan, Sanpete, Sevier, Utah, Washington, Wayne.

I’m looking forward to working with you all and building the relationship between EMI and your facility! A bit about me, I grew up in Millcreek and have lived in Utah all my life, which means I am a Ute fan! When I’m not working, you can find me on a hike or in my sewing workshop. TDA/EMI Conversion Clarification

In light of the changes implemented during the EMI Health and TDA merger last year, we wish to offer you a helpful reminder of some important distinctions and procedures that have been incorporated as a result of this merger.

Payer ID Information:

- TDA's payer ID is CX112.

- EMI Health's payer ID is SX110.

Where to Send Claims:

- For TDA members (groups not yet converted to EMI Health), continue using the TDA portal.

- For EMI Health members, utilize the EMI Health portal.

Member ID Cards:

- TDA member ID cards will display as shown below:

- The new TDA cards have the TDA logo with an EMI subscript, along with the changes noted in the image below:

Application Process:

- TDA and EMI Health currently have separate application processes. Please use the respective portals and payer IDs based on your patient's coverage.
