While you are required to use EDI to submit claims that don't have attachments, you have the option to submit claims with attachments directly through our website. Click below to find the webpage where you can submit your claims.

Participate in Our 90th Anniversary Golf Tournament

On September 19, we will be hosting our 90th anniversary golf tournament at Soldier Hollow Golf Course. Thanks to our generous sponsors, there is no cost to attend, and breakfast and lunch will be provided. Each provider will receive a spot for a foursome of their choosing. Not only that, you will also receive raffle tickets for fun prizes. The Edge Network is our newest network that includes PPO, Copay, and Indemnity plans. It will utilize the Premier Network within Utah and the Aetna Dental Administrators Network outside of Utah.
