Submit a secure online claim for processing by EMI Health in four easy steps:
- Scan your claim and any supporting documentation as a .jpg, .pdf, .gif, or .tiff and save to your computer.
- If you would like, type additional information in the "Message" window. This step is optional, but if you choose to include a message, you must type it before uploading your claim as described in steps 3 and 4 below.
- Click "Browse" and select the files to upload. You may select up to five files per submission using your CTRL key.
- Click "Upload."
You will receive a message that your file has been uploaded. The claim will automatically be forwarded to EMI Health’s claim processing team. No further action is required on your part.
