Biometric Health Screening

EMI Health offers onsite health screenings to employer groups with EMI Health medical coverage. A health screening is an easy 15-minute assessment that serves as an opportunity to assess participants' potential health risks.

A skilled technician takes a few measurements and provides the participant with a summary of his or her current readings:

  • Cholesterol
  • Blood Pressure
  • Blood Glucose
  • Weight
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)

Participants have an opportunity to ask questions and receive brief in-the-moment education about the results. A final report is accessible on a secure, online portal.

Participants receive an email from MyBioCheck with a link to access their report cards. First-time users must create a username and password. Previous participants may log in to anytime to access results.

Employer groups receive aggregate reports after the completion of screening events. The aggregate report provides a snapshot in time of a population's health strengths and opportunities for improvement, as well as recommendations.

Select a time of year to commit to annual Onsite Health Screenings. It provides a snapshot of progress over time. For more information, please see the Onsite Health Screening Guidelines or schedule your screening event by contacting

If an employee is unable to attend your group's screening and would like a Health Screening Report Card, he or she may complete the Physician Fax Form and email it to
